It is a scale replica of the A0 version, a feature of the install setup for Jarvie’s work ‘run’, a multimedia performance and installation piece, with the print acting as a visual for the performance’s script, which in total takes over 3 hours to read, and covers a theoretical distance in excess of 32.5 kilometers.
 
The piece ‘run’ 2024 incorporates, in each unit, a treadmill with moving image text projection and durational performance activations. The treadmill runs slowly, with text projection synchronised to perfectly match the speed of the belt. For the activations, both treadmill and text are sped up, and a runner runs on the treadmill for a set duration whilst reading the text aloud as it scrolls across the phone.
